Wish I could give it Zero stars, by far the worst Taco Bell around. They don't make your order right and the chalupa shells are... always hard. We forgot to make a specification on one of the items we ordered. I asked if it would be possible to get the item remade with... the new specification, and the crew very generously did that for us. THAT is service. They had every right to make us reorderand pay again, but they didn't. I will definitely make a point to visit this location regularly. I'm hopeful that they'll getthe staffing they need to be open for breakfast soon! Read more
What a cute little fast food place! It is 90% kitchen and 10% seating, which gives it a small footprint as a building. The... ordering is through electronic kiosks which is a bit of a change but assuming the customers in front of you are familiar withtechnology it does speed up the ordering process. And if the customers in front of you are not familiar with the technology, itcan give you a chance to help out a fellow human being :-) There is a well-designed drive-thru. They allow ordering in advancethrough their app. The parking lot has spaces for cars and semi trucks, and overall I was very impressed. Read more
The last three times I've went to this location something has been wrong with my order. The first time I paid for supreme tacos... and got regular, fine whatever it happens but they also forgot one of my burritos. Second time I double checked my order beforeleaving, they forgot a burrito again and they didn't give me supreme tacos again but this time I wasn't charged for them finegot my burrito and left. Third time I didn't double check my order they finally got the supreme taco right but they forgot myburrito again. I really feel like someone is messing with me because how do you forget a burrito three times.
