Staff is rude and impatient. Always a really long drive thru line, typically waiting 20-30 mins from when we enter the line... until we exit it. With that being said, one would think the food would be hot and fresh with orders being correct given thewait. There is always something missing from our order. We are customers at least weekly and we've got to the point it's notworth the hassle to go back for missing item(s). For the amount of money our family spends at this location I thought the foodwould at least be enjoyable. This is not my first time leaving a review but will definitely be the last. Management doesn'tcare and despite the long list of horrible reviews, it's clear they aren't doing anything to correct the issues. From now onwe'll spend the extra money in gas and drive to a different location. Read more
Bought 2 bucket for one meals. Popcorn chicken and fries were tepid as best. No dipping sauce for the chicken strip. Many... tables were dirty. Disappointing meal for me and my wife. Read more

I m very disgusted with our meal could not tell the different between pc of. Chicken cost me $62 dollars my daughter and family... are home from Calgary . Very disappointed in this KFC. Went through the drive-thru, and ordered 2 big crunch combos. The burgers had no lettuce, and... couldn't even taste the bacon that was added on. The 7-up was flat carbonated water. Will not recommend, and will not return. Read more
Just wanted to post about my horrible service I had at this location. I was travelling and KFC is my go to place to eat. I... wanted to order a deal that I got many times at other locations but was told online only. Ok that's great for some people whocan do that. Then we decide to get something else instead. We got the big crunch combo and the so called famous chicken sandwichmeal. Both were very hard and buns were dry and then fries were cold. We waited 30 minutes for these two meals and was treatedlike scum by the workers there. They never had boxes to put food in and were yelling at each other in the back.
