Tried to make quick pit stop on road trip. No sense of urgency and incompetent staffing. Forgot about our order, remembered our... drinks finally. Forgot our food completely after a few reminders. 35 minutes later and gave us a order missing items. Read more

Terrible service, better off going to Tim Hortons, worst service ever , can't take orders right even though they write it down... right in front of you, and still get and wrong, and then argue with you over it, even though it's written down. I wasn't overcharged I will give them that, thought they double charged me, but yeah if you write down the order and then still get ittotally wrong , that shows incompetence imo, and then argue with me over it, I was fine until they started arguing with me aboutit, like I am in the wrong, I did get angry about it yes but that was after they kept telling me what I ordered, only for oneof the staff to bring the slips over and have my exact orders on both slips ??????? anyways be my last time at the stewiackeshop, they are not very compentant, don't get me wrong some of thier staff is very nice, but for me one bad apple spoils thebunch for me.. Pit stop on our recent travels. All enjoyed their drink purchased here. Everyone had a pleasurable snack. Was welcomed to use... their instore bathroom (in perfect shape) before moving on. Pleasant staff and very clean I side. Large selection of deliciouslooking do uts to choose from. Daughter was excited that they have various kombucha drinks to choose from. This is a place we'dnever have reservations about dropping bye on any further travels. We thank the management of this Robin's Donuts for takinggreat care of such a wonderful stop and taking care of us, their customers. Read more
They're usually slow and low staffed, (I have been here multiple times). Most of the time they get your order wrong, and one... time they burnt my dad's bagel. They're always out of things, even in the morning. Whenever I go there, I memorize around 3items I could want to get because they're usually out of my first choice. If you want to go here after 9 AM, you should think ofmultiple meal / snack choices too. Read more
