10-14. Must have had a new server. Sat for a while without menus. Medium rare was well done, cocktail was wrong. Just an odd... night. Older review-The food and wine dinners are great...most of the time. Experience food paired with an appropriate wine tocomplement the flavor profile. And at a decent price. The bartender was fantastic! The music duo (Paul and Lorraine) both great, fun and engaging. Everything else was disappointing.... The host was clueless. The wait staff decided to ignore the entire section. The bartender stepped in and waited tables. Food wasoverpriced and mediocre/ unimpressive. If you go for the music, eat somewhere else and plan on waiting on your own table/ordering from the bar. Tip the band and the bartenders well. Read more
Been here a few times. Always under staffed. The only reason to come would be for drinks. The staff are friendly but it's... usually an hour or two wait for food. The food tastes fine, nothing special. The portions are small and it's very overpriced forhow much it is. They need more staff and cooks. It's disappointing because it's a very nice location and place and I feel likeit would be better if service improved. It has always been subpar every time we go. More than likely won't come back. Went in for Breakfast Buffet apparently they did not have on father's day. Bartender was great, super friendly and funny. Took... over an hour to get hour to get our food and not bust. Brought out several other tables food before ours. Forgot 2 orders oftoast and an order of biscuits and gravy. No check back for beverages. Good to see things don't change at Charlie's Read more
Great wait staff and nice open table area in the back. I know they are short of people so I am cutting them some slack. Very... long wait for a table and a longer wait for food. very nice server! tasty food, and a great view! we sat outside and watched the river, ordered the cheese curds and were very... impressed by the food overall! ordered an angus irish burger for the main course and portion size was very filling! also orderedthe liftbridge farm girl beer, very good pairing for a late lunch! AWESOME. Our server harmony was amazing, attentive and friendly. The mulligan stew changed my life. It was delicious, fresh and... hearty!! My boyfriend had the French dip and we also rate that a 10/10. Bread was soft, meat was beautifully shredded and thecaramelized onions were top notch. Quick seating, fair prices (especially since they work so hard to make things in house!),food came quick and we left full and happy! Read more
