Had breakfast with a group of friends. Almost no one in the restaurant at 8:30 Saturday and food took over 45 minutes to be... brought out after ordering...and it was cold. Get the bill and my item was $1.00 more than the price on the reused one page menualong with 20% gratuity and a $0.60 surcharge. Bad, just bad. Had to wait forever to get a seat. Then food took forever and when it finally arrived it was cold and had... obviously been sitting out for a while. Went to the restroom while waiting. There was plenty of staff i saw, but they werevery busy standing around talking to each other at the wait stand. Read more

MOLDY BREAD!! We were a table of 8. They took 20+ mins to bring us our Pepsi and beers. When the Pepsi came they were flat. They... forgot my aunts ginger ale. The waitress rolled her eyes when she said she just wanted a water instead because it was taking tolong. My husband was eating his bread when we noticed there was mold on it!! We told the manager and she didn?t seem to care.They forgot one meal and it came 20 minutes after everyone else?s. I paid 25$ for a sad piece of chicken and burnt black beansand corn. One burger came so over done you couldn?t bite into it. They made another one but still put mayo on it even though wespecified we didn?t want it on so they were not able to eat it. Don?t EVER go here in your lifetime. Get outta here with your ?Irish pub? and restaurant. Food was goofy and tasted like a... little kid made it. The manager and staff are very rude and disrespectful. We asked for a replacement for our burger cause it was burnt, but they... talked and argued with us saying you ate about half of it. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a pub. Read more

Staying at the connected hotel with my wife in early January 2022, the hotel is great, service has been very friendly at both... hotel and restaurant area, but this food was very, very poor. My wife and I added the 3-course meals at Charlie?s Restaurant toour hotel package thinking it would be something pretty good (for $150 + drinks/tip). We did get a tasty appetizer, and goodsoup (earning 2 stars) but the star of the meal, the steak, was very honestly the worst steak my wife and I have ever had? itwas the least flavorful ribeye we have ever experienced, tasting only of heavy char from the grill lines the chef imposed..bland steak, with chewy fat. Cooked uneven, not seared well, no fat rendered. It was bizarre to be tasting such mediocre foodwith such a hefty price tag attached to it. In our 5 years of marriage this was our most expensive meal, with the worst maincourse. I?ve had better steak at a Denny?s. The dessert was just basic pistachio cake, like we make at home. Nothing reallybad, but just extremely basic.. if the main course had been decent I?d have overlooked this, but when you compare the price tagto other restaurants in the area this is a bit laughable.
