Choose a nice afternoon for lunch time on the patio. Asked for the filet (normally a dinner item) and got it perfectly cooked.... Other entree was the Cuban: a perfect example of the sandwich - lean ham, tasty pork, and great supporting mustard and crunchypickles. Add in the best french fries, and wine. Service was great. One of the best dinning experiences I have had. I brought my wife and sister in for their birthday's. It far exceeded my... expectations. I have been to this restaurant a few times. The positives: nice atmosphere, good service and hot food. The negatives: we were... there last weekend and this is the last time. The walleye was the worst I have ever had. (29.00!) So fishy it was hardly edibleand I regret not sending it back. I tasted the food our other guests had and EVERYTHING is over salted. The wild rice soup wasso salty it too was too was inedible. The ribs were so over salted as well as the bed of mashed potato’s it was served on. Whyso much salt on everything! Lastly, THE FLIES. We had no less than 3 flies annoying us all through the meal. We finally askedfor a menu to use as a fly swatter. So many great restaurants to eat at in the area, we will cross this one off the list. Lovely spot. Food was pretty good.....burger great, chicken salad just ok. Service was awful....drink order placed and did not... come for several minutes. Beer chaser requested with bloody Mary but never delivered. Needed to request to-go box twice. We werelast diners on the patio on this Wednesday evening due to timeliness of our server. It is great place for enjoying meal and scenery of golf course. Food is good and service is good too.
Food was amazing, wait staff was amazing and the weather was also amazing. Highly recommend
