Very nice place to visit, especially the drive through. There was no wait in line. I got a Sweet Tea and it was a little too... sweet for my taste. I went in and asked if they would let me change the Sweet Tea for a Coke and they said no problem. Greatplace, great staff, great price. Read more
Asked simply for a toy exchange and got yelled the entire terms and conditions from a Karen. If I spend $10 on a toy I should be... able to swap em out if I receive a duplicate! (I also never opened the package for it to be swapped) overall terrible customerservice, that goes for the other McDonald?s in Oak Park Heights as well. Read more
The experience of this shop is terrible. 1. The check is without receipt. 2. I order two ice creams and when I pick up they tell... me I didn't order it. Because I didn't have the receipt so they charge me twice. 3.They didn't give any sauce even I order thefries and the chicken nuggets. Read more

I'm giving it four stars because the employees are always super nice even when in a rush and they deserve to be recognized for... it but recently their food has gone down. I know it's mcdonalds and it's not that I have my expectations high, but for somereason their quality has dropped. I'm sure it has to do with being short staffed and overworked so I don't blame them, and Ialways keep coming back just hoping things will pick up soon Read more
Paid $9 for cold medium fries. McDonald's, we need to talk. Didn't feel like cooking, decided to stop at McNaldo's by on the... way home from work and I NEVER go to McNaldo's. I ordered the Spicy Chicken combo meal with a coke. Got home, took a sip of mycoke to discover it was diet coke. No big deal. Ate a couple fries to find them pretty cold. No big deal. Opened my sandwich anddiscovered it was not a spicy chicken sandwich but some sort of chicken patty with cheese and pickles on it I guess? No bigdeal. Finally, I bite into my sandwich and to my surprise its quite crunchy. I don't bite completely through, however, maybeits just a bad piece with a bit of tendons and bone in it and such. I move in for another bite and get that same icy crunch asthe first bite. I take the patty out and cut it in half to find the entire thing is raw. I'm a pretty easy going dude, butMcDonald's you cannot serve raw, frozen chicken to your guests, you silly billy! Don't go to McDonald's, folks. I know a hugecorporate conglomerate like Mickey Dees doesn't care about these reviews so I'm writing to my fellow Earthlings. Do not go toMcDonald's. Absolute garbage food, but you already knew that.
