Great sushi binge! Always let your sisters husband just ask the chefs name and then say we trust him bring us awesome sushi... nigiri and don?t forget the uni! Follow me to the end here. We're in town for a wedding; got in this evening and feeling a bit tired from the road. Wandering... streets, we come to this sushi bar. Alright, seems affordable so my expectations aren't high. We chat up the waiter, aphenomenal young man with dreams and goals you wouldn't believe if I wrote them here. Cool. We order some sushi rolls. I onlywish to talk about the Eamon Roll. I'm not sure how long it took chef to concoct these flavors, nor if it was some sake-fuelednight terror that drove this utterly remarkable combination into our physical reality. The heat of the roll truly acts as anelevator, taking the flavor to your olfactory senses. You will taste this roll in ways you didn't think possible. The pepperedahi tuna combined with the other flavors of the roll must be tried to be believed. A truly outstanding accomplish. Tremendousjob, chef. The food is good. My friend had a Bulgari (?) and he mentioned it was not authentic. I had the sweet and sour chicken. Not... authentic either. Service was very good. The hot tea was good. Osaka has more sushi on their menu. Read more
