Was out Black Friday shopping with family and stopped in for a bite to eat at dinnertime (5pm) with obvious rush at that hour... and FULLY staffed, I could not figure out why #1 there was no chicken #2 steak was just about gone and #3 the rice was verycold. I did inquire about the lack of chicken and the response was it had been a slow day? Cant imagine what the slew of peoplebehind us ordered, The day after Thanksgiving? The burritos are so good- especially the freshly made tortilla. I can tell the staff are working their butts off and that it?s... been busier than they expected as a new restaurant. I?ve been back twice cuz it?s delicious. I am sure they will find their flowas they are open longer - just be patient and enjoy the time to check your phone while you wait! Read more
I arrived at 11 am and I was told that the grill was not ready yet and I would have to wait 10 minutes for a burrito. I took a... seat and waited, expecting to be called when the grill was ready. Was in Stillwater for a Hockey Tournament and decided to give Pancberos a try on Friday. It was busy and they seemed to be under... staffed. I ordered the Chicken bowl. Food was good and seemed like a small quantity with a high price. Decided to try again onSunday night. Not as busy but the staff were overwhelmed. Soda machine wasn't working. When I asked if they could fix it I wastold, you will have to wait as we are a work in progress. Trash containers were overflowing with garbage. Staff was great, newly open, but will get better! Food was great! Steak was very flavorful. Two recommendations (depending on... policy): 1) allow people to add pico or corn to quesadillas and 2) fill the containers of pico, guacamole, and sour cream alittle more, 2 ounce cups that were barely half full. Tried the burrito and chips, $15.00! Very bland and tasteless, 90% is rice and beans. Defiantly not worth the price! You can get... a complete sit down meal at a good Mexican restaurant for less money and much better food. Read more
