We ordered multiple appetizers for the OSU football game for something to snack on with the family. Through doordash I received... everything except for my cheese fries. I was able to refund this through doordash and have all of my credits back so I couldorder it again. Although annoyed I was happy that this issue would be solved. Upon my next dasher arriving I reached into thebag and noticed that they sent me two orders of cheese fries with a personal message and gift card that reads, ?We realized ourmistake and are sorry for the inconvenience? - Cole Burney GM I have worked in the food industry for multiple years and this washonestly one of the best ways that I have seen an issue fixed. My order was made completely wrong, I asked for my bacon crisp, eggs scrambled hard, and gravy on the side, four hours after... eating there I was violently ill. I've never thrown up so much in my life. Of course I can't guarantee I got sick from theirfood but as I stated I asked for all my food to be extra done and none of it was. That was my first time ever eating there andwill definitely be my last. I've heard many good things about the place but that wasn't my experience, unfortunately. On top ofall, of that my waitress never came back to refill my drink I had to ask for refills and the kitchen staff could be heardcussing in the back. I had my child with me. Read more

We love love love the food! We eat there, and order takeout whenever we can. HOWEVER when we get takeout we have to check it... before leaving, it's a 20 minute drive to go back then home, when not all of the food you pay for isn't in the bags. In generalwe order 4 meals, costs between 60$ to 70$, when all 4 meals come with gravy and I order 2 extras, explaining how we getshorted, usually, only to see when my husband comes home with 2 sides of gravy for 4 meals. We pay for the extras every time andget shorted every time this past year. I wasn't allowed to speak with the manager when I called, so I felt the need to post myreview. this was my first time going to this restaurant and i was incredibly let down, first the waitress laid two dirty tables with... food still on them on the table was then said, ?oh my those are dirty,? which was already a red flag then my frito chili pie wasserved literally cold and when i informed the wait staff i was told they couldn?t do anything about it. so i just paid for aplate of food to sit on the table. highly disappointed, would not recommend. Found this place on accident after not wanting to wait forever at granny's. What a freaking cool place. Exactly what a small... town diner should be. Great food, great service.
