I'm not one to write a review I feel like I must though for this kind staff. I came in around 12:30am not realizing it was... closing time at 1am and not 2am. as someone who has worked in the food industry a while, I understand how this can befrusterating even though the restaurant is still technically open. the bartender that took my order and reassured me it was okayto still order this late, was very kind and held a small conversation with me as they cleaned up a little. the person whobrought me my food was also kind and made sure I didn't need any other sauce or utensils. so to the closing shift crew tonight,I appreciate the kindness when might have been a small inconvenience. Obviously busy due to football games being on, but there were more then enough waiters to assist. They walked past us ignoring... us, to which my husband ended up going up to someone asking if we could at least get a drink. He got a water and I got Sierramist. His water tasted horrible and my drink was flat and tasted water down. We ended up telling our waiter we are just leavingand they should check their CO2 and syrup for the mist. Read more
Don?t ever order online?. they will always forget your drink and get something wrong with your order. I got the wrong type of... wings and didn?t get my drink. unrelated but they changed the pasta in their mac and cheese and it makes it worse to me butoverall they are going down hill and i?m just annoyed at this point. i understand, i gave them chances but i?m done. I eat here pretty frequently and they are open late which is a nice thing for stillwater. The bartenders are super nice and... quick. Great place to get a drink. In terms of food service I don't think I've been to a worse BWW. food consistently takes20-30 minutes to come out only to be sent back because the food is made incorrectly or is cold. It is delicious when you get itbut it takes a while. Could be because I usually come in pretty late but even the service staff seem fed up with it. Read more
I was greeted well by the host. The server was great too. The wings were great. If you are heat lover and don?t mind lil trouble... down the line in the morning, go for Mango Habanero sauce otherwise Asian Zing is great. I did not like their onion rings. Oilyon itself, the oil was smelling and felt not fresh. Overall, good experience. Read more
The food is good or at least the ultimate nachos are good. I would say that the music is too loud during earlier hours (3-5pm).... It would be nice if that was turned down to where you can have a conversation at your table and then have the music turned up inthe later portion of the evening for those who want that as atmosphere. Much of the music is high pitched so it is ear piercingand people have to get loud to have a real conversation. I asked to be seated in an area where it wasn?t close to a speaker,but no options are available (and regard to my request- kind of ignored it) so in my book that gives two stars. Ordered on Doordash, received a terrible order. The fries were cold, and I had requested cheese on them, and the cheese was cold... and hard. I also ordered honey bbq boneless wings. The wings had no sauce on them, just a watery bbq sauce that didnt even coverany of the wings whole. Overall, terrible experience. Read more
