This was my first time eating chicken fil a. I ordered a three piece chicken tender, they were the smallest tender I have ever... seen. Three of them, the size of my pinky finger. Fries were pale white, under cooked, and floppy. The Lord's chicken isn'tworth the hype or price. Was so disappointed. Read more
We love Chick-fil-A Stillwater! The staff is very friendly and the food comes out super fast. My 3-yr-old spilled most of her... chocolate milk on the seat, floor, and herself, and they kindly and quickly cleaned it up with a smile. They even offered her asecond chocolate milk! In addition to the spectacular service, the food is delicious. I especially love the market salad withgrilled chicken. We will continue to dine in and drive thru here often! Read more
First, I will say I love the Lord's chicken, but this remodel/reopen is not it. The elimination of the pick up spots is... absolutely ridiculous and if they are adding them later, they should have waited till they were complete. Subsequently theyutilize only 1 lane which causes you sit to in line for 30+ min to get your app order. Never in my life have I been to a slowerChick-fil-A. Ordering on the app and paying ahead has its benefits. That has now been exterminated. I ordered on the mobile apparound 8:15 and by nearly 9 still sitting in the drive thru to get my order. I know sometimes we have to wait on the Lord, butwaiting on the Lord's chicken is not the same. Just know you waited 3 months for His chicken to basically keep waiting. The worst chick-fil-a experience I?ve ever had. No mobile order pick-up spots so had to use the drive thru and staff couldn?t... even do mobile orders and had to find someone else. They?ve got two lines but make you merge into one on a tight corner. Finallyget to the window and get told to pull up. Order was placed at 7:10, didn?t get the order until 7:50. Thirty minutes to get asmall order and almost had cars clip the back of my car as I waited while their food was delivered. Didn?t even get a sorry forthe wait. Horrendous. Read more
