It?s honestly embarrassing how the extremely low quality customer service and management at this location has gone under the... radar of Chipotle higher-ups for so long. This place is embarrassing. Starting with customer service, the workers are alwaysmute and not friendly. Portion sizes are terrible. When you ask for more they scoff. I expect to get what I pay for, and when Iask for a scoop of chicken, I expect more than literally a scoop with 10 small pieces in it. They are always out of food and amkept waiting. Mobile orders take forever. Quality of food is always ok, but silverware always out and drinks always broken.They never accept cash, their reader is always broken. The workers work hard, I don?t expected to be bowed at when I walk in.But the management here is terrible. Someone needs to take some charge because this is a failing location. Read more

I love chipotle and I've never really had a problem in there, other than the employees having bad attitudes, but even that... hasn't been an issue in awhile. I'm giving this 1 star review today because I went in there this afternoon. Waited in line for afew minutes just to get up there to order and see a hand written sign that says they are not taking cash and they can onlyaccept cards. That sign should've been on the door instead of making people wait in line to find out that their cash is no good.I only deal in cash. This location has serious issues with the online orders. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE if you are hungry, because they will make you wait... 20-25 minutes beyond the promised time for your food. It is not the employee?s fault though, apparently the online system goesdown frequently and then it suddenly prints 10-15 orders making it difficult for them to operate efficiently. I came here last month and when I walked in, it was about 85 degrees inside. Too hot inside to be comfortable for anyone. ... Stood in line for 20 minutes to receive mediocre food with no side options. Had to pay an arm and a leg for it too! I don'tlike this place but my family does and I was outvoted on what to get for dinner. I have never felt compelled to write a review before unfortunately here we are. I do not eat here anymore, they have gotten the... order wrong literally every single time. They have like 20 or so items in the entire store, it is mind blowing how incompetentyou have to be to mess something like this up.
