My daughter is 18 yrs old with mild disabilities and severe anxiety. She is trying to get outside of her comfort zone and try... new things and doing more things for herself. This evening she had a friend stay and they had their own money so my daughterasked if she could make her own profile and order her own pizza. I sat down and helped her make a Domino's profile and showedher the menu and coupons. She put in her order and the total come to $49.75. Now my daughter cant count money very good and sheonly grabbed $50 not thinking about the tip. My daughter went to the door and took the food and paid ( the much older lady) andmy husband was on the other side of the door( where the lady couldn't see him) getting some $ out of his wallet to give for atip and the delivery driver looked at the money and said said " what a whole measly .25 for the driver?". Probably should be a 1 star due to customer service. Used the app to order. An hour and a half goes by and now their claiming... their order tracker isn?t accurate. Have been told twice it?s out for delivery. Hope it?s warm. Read more
Such unfortunate changes that your Store now require for ordering is ridiculous. Some of us do not trust to order our pizza... 'online' over the risk of scammers. So, folks, write this new change down in your notes. DOMINO'S NO LONGER ALLOWS YOU TO ORDERThe Mix and Match deals through delivery service, over the phone. When they actually care about the quality of pizza they're baking and decide to pop the dough bubbles rather than letting them... explode and ruin the pizza and still serve them to customers, the product turns out decent. They rarely, if ever, makeingredient mistakes. Overall good experiences with this store - if they'd just learn how to pop the dough bubbles. Read more
Got 2 pizzas today & parmesan bites. Took a bite out of my 3rd piece of pizza and tasted a cleaning solution. Something with... bleach? Now my mouth feels numb. I'm pregnant. If I loose my baby over this I will be contacting a lawyer. Read more
This has got to be the nastiest tasting gluten free pizza I've had. The crust was hard. The flavor of the crust was that of a... burnt piece of cardboard. The ingredients in the top were pepperoni onion and bell pepper. The toppings did not taste fresh. Thevalue was not good either. It cost over $21 for a small gluten free crust 3 topping and an order of boneless wings. Not worththe price. Don't waste your money. Read more
This was the skimpiest Philly cheese steak pizza ever! Very disappointed for the price. Where?s the beef? There?s mushrooms but... not much beef. Paid extra for extra large but they used less topping than even a large has.
