We like McAlister's for their tea, food and attention to detail. I ordered a salad and Veggie Chili. I did receive regular chili... instead. You can't remove the meat from the chili, I did ask the lady that I ordered from about the Veggie chili and she startedapologizing that it was her fault, bc she marked just "chili" and forgot the Veggie. OH well, I probably won't get back to thisone, since I don't live there. My husband's food was great. Read more

This place has been an absolute joke for the past couple months, we frequently order to go here and about 1 out of 5 trips the... order is actually right. Every time we get our order we now have to completely check everything before we even leave. Ever sincethey switched to the clear Mac and cheese cups and paper to go packaging the quality has been poor and definitely not worth mymoney! Another thing is the kitchen staff always seems to be so unmotivated when we go and whenever the order gets messed upthey give me attitude like it?s my fault. The Sandwiches are really great ????.. grilled smoked chicken and the spicy chicken sandwiches. The service was nice too and the... to-go wait time wasn?t that bad. The service could use a little more generosity with the salad dressing. Otherwise, thesandwiches were really juicy, and tasty. Read more

They are capable of good food but tonight again we got no Pickles. What is a sandwich without what you want? Have to ask for... Pickles everytime, at the drive through, they will wait and have you check your order to see if you got them. Tell me HOW cheapis that? Then does this tea look like there's any lemon? No lemon in either tea! Ordered lemon in one and in the other lemonplus paid extra for peach syrup but didn't get that either. Time to go to a better sandwich place. Read more
