I waited 25 minutes for them to bring my food to the car that was sitting there the entire time. I thought the drive thru was... supposed to be fast? I thought fast food meant it?d come out fast? this is how i received my medium fries. do better.
I ordered using the app first, then I went through the drive through to pick up. I then placed a curbside pick up and that did... take longer than usual, for this location. I ordered two Frappuccino's, one right after the other so that I could use a dealand my reward, in the same visit. Since they only allow one deal/reward at the same time, you have to wait 15 minutes for areward/deal to be available to use again. And the two look very different, although they were ordered the same way.. Onlydifference was the employee who brought it out. Theres a need to be more consistent in presentation/execution. This location isthe better one of the 2 McDonalds' in Stillwater and I expected the same as I ordered previously. The pictures of food are fromprevious visits/reviews. The mango smoothie was tasty. The baby cheeseburger, I tried to pretend it was tasty. Nuggets were a rock in the gut. A couple... fries were very tasty. I am most appreciative for the indoor playground!!!!!!!!! The kids had a blast...and of course loves thefood!!! Read more
Ive never seen this experience before I always have been given my order the right way but this time it's happened two times that... they keep for getting my drinks and not a very happy customer. Hopefully no one has to go through that like I did. Read more
Great store, friendly staff, plenty of parking on both sides of the building. They did a excellent job on my chicken biscuit and... Chicken McGriddle this morning. Everything was hot and fresh and the syrup on the McGriddle set it off. Absolutely loving theMcDonald's app honestly I don't like having extra apps on my phone but I don't think I could beat some of the deals even if Imade it at the house. Read more
Today I went to go buy an iced coffee at this location, and tried to use my $0.99 any sized coffee deal, and at first the deal... didn?t go through so the worker went to get her manager to help. The worker was nice, but the manager was so rude to me. Shecame over and said, ?If the deal doesn?t work the first time, I?m not going to help you.? Then she looked at me and said, ?Doyou understand?? This was my worst experience here. She was speaking as if she was looking down on me, and did not like beingdisrespected like that. I have had problems with this location before such as food missing from my order, or my mobile ordersdisappearing before I can go grab it. They are all normally nice about it, but it was just that lady who was rude to me. She wasthe manager with the bob like hair cut. Read more
