I placed my dinner order at 2 pm to be picked up at 5:45. I went through the drive through to pick up my order. It wasn't ready... and the asked me to pull forward it would be a few minutes. So I did. I waited 30 more minutes and even called to see what theproblem was, they said they was just waiting on someone to pick it up. I couldn't believe it was taking so long, a kid bringsme my food finally, all he said was here you go... are you kidding me. I watched all the cars go through the drive through whileI sat waiting. I was furious, I didn't want my food anymore. That is the 4 th time, I ordered online and had to wait 30minutes to get my food. What is the point on ordering online if you still have to wait for 30 minutes. Read more
I moved to Stillwater about 4 months ago! The 3 times we have been there, they didn?t have hardly any food cooked that?s on... display, and the green beans are always hard in any of the choices you choose!! My mother and I went here for dinner recently, we both got the orange chicken with the noodles. Almost immediately, we noticed... that the noodles reeked of cigarettes and even tasted like eating a cigarette! They smelled and tasted horrible! I had one biteand had to spit it up, my mother had a few bites and ended up making her sick! Absolutely disgusted. NEVER eating hereagain. I'm not a big fan of the recipe they use for orange chicken. It lacks depth of flavor. But it was well prepared and fresh. The... ding is for the loud college age cooks complaining loudly about something out of sight. And the tables were dirty. Read more
I don't write negative reviews, however this place continues to show signs of poor something???? They always are out of... something, if its not a food item its a cup, a straw, ice, you have to waite for your food, and it's not been cooked yet. I agree with the reviewer that said they are always out of something. NO RICE! I do not understand that. This is not the first... time & it is 4:51 p.m. Super Greens is another item they are always out of. I waited one day for super greens but when I gothome I had chow mein instead.This Panda Express is truly mismanaged. The sign today says exact change or credit card.
