Did a mobile order cause I was running behind and gave me wrong size drinks told me I had to come in and fix it I bring it in... and they argue sticker says this size. Ya but Receipts said I got another size and they don?t just refund you money so if theymess up you have to go in. Pointless mobile ordering system. Read more

I frequent this Starbs and really feel like the management has upped their game in the past few years. My drinks are always made... in a timely manner, and they have always been great at re-making my drink in the rare case that something got left out. Themorning shift manager, Donna, is awesome. I usually don?t write bad reviews because I don?t want to be a Karen, but this whole situation really upset me. Ordered 15... minutes before I had to be at work. Arrived when they said my ordered would be ready. Was ignored for another 5 minutes until Iwas asked what the name on my order was, only to discover that they hadn?t even started making it. Barista said she would get itout quickly and I waited another 5 minutes until she finally tells me they were out of what I ordered. I got a refund and leftas I was already TEN minutes late for work when I had ordered 15 minutes before I even needed to be there. This place isextremely slow and unorganized. Read more
It's always nice to see Starbucks when you know you need a caffeine kick. In my personal opinion they are the brewsters of... Brewers and they have never disappointed in any coffee beverage or any of their food that I've ever ordered. I did a mobile order and they did not seem interested in talking to us one tried to ask us our order and a guy said I?m giving... them a sec to look at the menu. The staff here is always kind and attentive. They even remember my order since I come in every other day or so. The service is... always on point and rarely do I have an issue with my order (If I do it's usually because of a supply chain shortage NOTemployee error. As someone who has managed restaurants in the past, I can say with some certainty that this location is managedvery well. They are never understaffed when I come in which is incredibly important since the pandemic struck and employees havebeen treated worse and worse by large corporate companies. Read more
