Apparently they closed early today, but the app let us order and drive to the store only to find out they were already closed.... So they have our money but we get no food. Very unprofessional. Read more

Came in and it was for two footlongs and while I didn?t get her name, she had a flower tattoo and a butterfly tattoo on her... neck, she was incredibly rude and would only ask us one worded questions and when we asked for something she would silently doit without acknowledging our question even in the slightest. We wanted to eat there but the atmosphere was completely ruined.We?ve had nice people make our sandwiches before, just not tonight. Read more

Went in yesterday mid-afternoon with my boyfriend to get a sandwich... as we were being a couple and play fighting in line we go... to check out separate. As my boyfriend pays for his. He told us to just leave without me paying. My boyfriend goes to fill uphis drink as the worker is pacing back and fourth then starts to head over to my boyfriend before assisting the next person inline, telling my boyfriend ?to never hit a women in my store? and saying how he didn?t want to even serve him. There wasAbsolutely no reason for him to assume he was abusing me and should of minded his own business as he can clearly see that wewere laughing when we were ?fighting? and to announce that my boyfriend is ?abusive? in front of strangers is embarrassing, buthey I got a free sandwich. Went in at 8:40p it a sub after a long day working and driving. I asked for a sub and she informed me that I couldn't get it... toasted. I politely inquired to why, she rudely responded "[be]cus[e] I turn[ed] it off". Needless to say if I can't get a fullmenu the subway should have been closed. I will try to reach out to the owner in the morning since this is the first subwaywhere I felt like I was unwelcome and burdening the employee. Read more
