Wow Taco Bueno, what a let down! Normally I prefer Taco Bueno over other establishments but today their food and service was... subpar! You couldn't have gotten a "Thank you" out of the drive thru cashier to save your life and the food tasted like it hadbeen sitting on the line for awhile. Even the tortillas where stiff and rubbery. I know they can do better, other Taco Buenosalways deliver. It wasn't even a complicated order...see attached receipt. But I see this is the normal for this store fromother reviews. 3 Cold, stale taco shells with a very tiny amount of beef and lettuce. Couldn't eat them. If you dont have enough business to... continue good quality food..then throw in the towel or move to the west side of town where you would be the only fast foodMexican and make bank!!! Read more
I should have left zero stars. I took my grandkids there the drive thru board said to go to front window to give order to. So... drove around there was people one fixing food two walking around I know they saw us after 10 minutes know one came to take ourorder. Ordered online for pickup on a wholotta box. The rice containers included were only half full. Did have enough to split between... a family of 5, barely 3. Taco shells were stale and inedible. Burritos were 1/4 bean and 1/4 cheese and 1/2 tortilla. All andall, I had to purchase a SECOND dinner because it was a disaster and left my family hungry. Not worth $17 and I can see why alltheir reviews are horrid. This place is ridiculous and should be shut down. Read more
First off the ladie worker that has short black/ brown hair that works the drive thru and register has the worst customer... service EVER! Went thru the drive thru and she barely said a word to me and snatched my money out of my hand. I said thank youand she just shut the window. Though maybe she was having a bad day so just wrote it off. Nope she is just plain rude. Went aweek later and went inside. Oh she's even better in person. Sat at the register for 10min while being ignored. Though she wasbusy with drive thru and would just tell us it would be a few minutes...Nope. when she did take our order she got frustratedthat we asked her what was inside this new burrito. All I wanted was the "mexi shell" (which is what it is called on their website) removed. This is what I got instead. No taco, no... enchilada, and three mexi shells! Every time I go here, something is not right with my order. I'm super disappointed in thisvisit because I didn't get half of what I ordered after explaining it to them three times. Read more
Great food. The fresh ingredients beat Taco Bell to death. I've been eating there every Tuesday for 4 years. The taco platter... for$2.99 is the best deal going. The staff is great and very friendly. Read more
