I’m super big on customer service, but even the great staff couldn’t over come the steak. Texas Roadhouse is my standard to... compare all other steakhouses. I always order a Ribeye. I’m not sure what has happened to the steak but this 16oz Ribeye wasso thin, they probably couldn’t help but over cook it. It was the consistency of a sirloin and the char was overwhelming. 16ozis 16oz, go back to the thick steaks with all the marbling. Read more
Always a good experience and highly consistent food. We usually get country fried chicken, salmon, herb crusted chicken, and... only occasionally stray from those. When you add in the rolls and cinnamon butter, everything is always great! Read more
Rich are waiter, gave a very professional way of presenting the menu. It was a pleasure to see one doing this job well and... liking it. It's been awhile since I've had this kind of service. My wife and I both had the sirloin steak they really do have agood cut. Read more

I was there the other day and had an issue with my food, my server was great, manager, not so much. I think her name was ally,... she completely disregarded the issue and was very blatantly rude to me and the poor server who was just doing her best. So therestaurant itself I give 4 starts, but they truly need to do something about their disrespectful management if they want to keepgood and hard working employees. Read more
My family usually eats here every friday, but the past 3 visits have been horrible. Every single time the steaks have been... overcooked! My husband even order a medium rare filet, and even that came out well done with burnt edges. The last visit oursteaks were both overcooked like the 2 times before, we didn't get plates or silverware, and almost didn't get $60 in changeback! A manager never came over to our table, and I left feedback on the website, only to be told I should have told the managerwho didn't ever make an appearance. This is very disappointing to see the restaurant doesn't seem to care about loyal customers.The picture attached was ordered medium rare. **UPDATE: The restaurant commented asking me to contact them and never replied.Of course they attempted to look caring on a Google review response. We came in with a very large group and overall our servers did very extremely well meeting all our needs. Some complaints would... be that our food was overly salted, one of our steaks was way undercooked (rare vs the ordered medium), and one of our friendshad a dead bug in her salad. They did offer to rectify it. Texas road house typically have decent food so it probably won'tdeter us from returning to one in a different location. Read more
