The drive through order taker seemed to be in a hurry, and we had to wait 25 minutes on our food, it was 9 o'clock at night and... they were NOT busy, other than a bunch of college students playing in the parking lot there was only one other customer. I haveworked fast food for 15 years so I don't complain unless it's really bad. Read more

Staff was incredibly nice and dining area was clean. Food came out quickly, was warm, and was really good

Was good, just at went in for a Frosty while I waited to meet with someone. On a bad note the guy in front of me brought his... fries back asking for some hot ones his were ice cold....? Acted like this was the norm for this location in Stillwater,Oklahoma. Read more

Usually pretty good, but my food cost 9.36 and I paid with a 20 and the girl didn't give me my change I had to drive back... through the drive through to get it. Read more

I drive for uber and I got two orders for here. I waited 20 minutes in their lobby after I told them I had two mobile orders.... After a while I'm like hey guys how much longer. The manager had to come look at the screen and said oh we just got them. I hadbeen stuck in traffic for ten minutes on my way and had been sitting in their lobby for 20 minutes. No they didn't just get thatorder. They didn't teach the person at the computer to watch for mobile orders. Thank you for not training staff properly andwasting my time, money, and patience. This isn't an understaffed problem. This is an undertrained problem. Be better. Read more
