We went in drive through, the guy had to give us a disclaimer that the fries were hot. best. thing. ever.
This place has always been the slowest drive though you can possibly go though. You could be 5 cars back and wait 30 plus... minutes. It?s happened more than a few times. The food is good but I shouldn?t have to wait that long to go through a drivethough. This place has the absolute worst service possible. Doesn?t get any worse than this place. Read more

Love Whataburgers hamburgers, but why do they even have a drive thru? Every one I've ever eaten at is a long wait at the drive... through. Just call yourself a dine in. I probably eat at Whataburger a third of the time i would if they knew anything aboutdrive thru service. Read more

Always check your bag and receipt and expect to wait at least 20 minutes. We waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only... four cars ahead of us, only to get home and find they didn?t get two of our biscuits we asked for on our order and missed onethat we were charged for. We called to ask for a refund and were told they can?t issue refunds over the phone so we had to drive15 minutes back to the store to get the biscuit we were charged for.
