We went in drive through, the guy had to give us a disclaimer that the fries were hot. best. thing. ever.
This place has always been the slowest drive though you can possibly go though. You could be 5 cars back and wait 30 plus... minutes. It?s happened more than a few times. The food is good but I shouldn?t have to wait that long to go through a drivethough. This place has the absolute worst service possible. Doesn?t get any worse than this place. Read more
Normally would not leave a review as I find them petty. However I am broke, pregnant, and upset. I spent 8 dollars on an apple... salad with no apples, dressing, cheese, or utensils. I understand they were busy but still. Read more
Love Whataburgers hamburgers, but why do they even have a drive thru? Every one I've ever eaten at is a long wait at the drive... through. Just call yourself a dine in. I probably eat at Whataburger a third of the time i would if they knew anything aboutdrive thru service. Read more
I've only eaten at a Whataburger a few times, but each time I've enjoyed what I got. This time I had the bacon and Bleu burger.... It was good, but the sauce didn't do too much for it. Just some mayo and more Bleu cheese would have done better. But the staffwas friendly and the food overall was good. Their Dr. Pepper milkshake is ridiculously good. I usually love this place but it now takes forever. I waited in line, unable to leave, for 1 HOUR. There were only 4 cars in... front of me. The cashier was rude and all of my food was cold. My milkshake had the taste and consistency of one that?s beensitting out for at least 30 minutes. Read more
My husband and I waited an hour at the curb side for our order. They didn't let us cancel the order nor gave us a refund. We... had to take the order anyways and the cashier was not very helpful. But the worst thing was that they gave us a cold hamburger. I will never come back here. I must also add that they never apologized for making us wait so long. Definitely the worstcustomer service. Always check your bag and receipt and expect to wait at least 20 minutes. We waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only... four cars ahead of us, only to get home and find they didn?t get two of our biscuits we asked for on our order and missed onethat we were charged for. We called to ask for a refund and were told they can?t issue refunds over the phone so we had to drive15 minutes back to the store to get the biscuit we were charged for. Every time I have gone to this location it has beenincredibly slow and I have been stuck in the drive thru for over an hour on multiple occasions. Read more
