I went to get breakfast at this restaurant, I ordered 3 chicken mcgriddle combos, 2 soft drinks and a small coffee. I received... 3 chicken mcgriddles, 2 soft drinks and a small coffee. I immediately asked the manager Brandy where's my hash browns? Shelooked at the receipt and said the cashier did not order combos only the sandwich, then I proceeded to show her I did orderbecause the cashier even admitted she made the mistake. Brandy then charged the hash browns separately which increases theamount to 17.40, instead of around 11, I showed Brandy the difference and she shrugged apatheticly and suggested I file acomplaint if I had a problem. First thing in the morning and they already had the Dr. Pepper icee machine in "maintenance" status and couldn't serve the... drink. Food was cold as usual even though I request it made fresh. Was informed all breakfast burritos are made at opening andthat's why they're always hard as a rock. Read more
Well when I pulled up to order they asked me to wait then the person on the other side pulled up then they take their order so I... asked the cashier why that was he sd Idk we're just trying to get everyone by so I told him just like me I sat there 30 minscause thats the only place that was open. This is the first McDonald's I have been to where I was charged for sauce. I requested my money back and was asked to moved out... of line. When I said no I'd wait for my money I was told the police would be called and I would not get my money back. Read more
These new McGriddles are a waste of $6. Tasted exactly like a biscuit, just 2-3× the price. Lol you guys never cease to amaze... me. BOTH OF MY MCGRIDDLES WERE BISCUITS! Stilwell McDonald's is by far the worst one I've been to. Stopped and got breakfast there then drove roughly 30mins home. First... of all they forgot my extra gravy. The hash brown was not only burnt but tasted awful and not just a burnt taste. Both theladies at the windows were very cut and dry (could clearly tell they both hated there job). Was zero customer service at all.Neither were polite or even even said hi. The lady who took my money didn't even know how much my ticket was. It was 15.63 andwhen I got to the window she asked for 5.73 and when I corrected her she just said whatever my change was 10 cents short but Ichose to ignore it and just went on. But I will never stop at that McDonald's again. Read more
I liked it but they forgot my mayonnaise. Tasted delicious. I heard one of the workers yelling at a customer saying, "Do you... want some chicken nuggets or not!?" But other than that it was good. Another thing I liked was they gave us a free pumpkin pie.I recommend this place an 8 out of 1-10. Read more
The people working the windows can be a lot nicer. But the food was served hot which is a good thing.
