They've definitely gotten better at getting orders correct. Still half the time their screens are out. It would be nice if they... started taking care of the place. And I think my biggest complaint lately has been when you order a rt 44 water with lemonwedges it's not like it use to be or as advertised. You get little lemon tidbits now that has most of the juice squeezed out ofit from cutting it so it don't flavor the water. Surrounding areas still give you the full wedges you ask for. Seems to always take a bit longer then it should don't really matter how busy they are or aren't

I ordered paid with my card and they over charged me 15dollars so be careful when paying with a card

In person is good, DO NOT USE THE APP. last year I had a huge order for the family, 74$..app said 5 times couldn't process... order, bank processed the payment to sonic and I STILL haven't got any kind of refund for it. Posting here so they will dosomething, KEEP IN MIND it is not the employees at the Stilwell locations fault. But the corporate office themselves emailedand says it was deposited to the card that was connected..I still have that card and I still have statements current and past... Read more

Start to order and the person stops and goes to another car and takes their order, then takes another order on the other side.... Thus leaving us to start over on my order ?? guys need to learn how to stay focused and complete a customers order. By the way?. Thanks for making me late for work. The only bad thing is the wait, and I know it's not the carhop's fault. I worked there so I know, but we got orders out on time... and if we didn't we were most certainly beaten for it back in the day. If you're in a hot vehicle with screaming kids waitingin food it needs to get there in a reasonable amount of time, not thirty minutes. Read more
