Classic A&W restaurant - no bells, no whistles, just burgers. The drive thru was relatively quick and the food arrived warm.... They followed the changes I required for allergies and even offered additional information for future reference. While theBeyond burgers were great, the poutine wasn't so much. The fries weren't cooked as well as the side order of fries, but at leastthey offered a good amount of gravy and cheese. Definitely one of the better locations in Ottawa - I just wish the parking lotwas easier to navigate (of course, that's not on them). Read more
They took forever to get our food made and then when I got it she just didn?t give me one of my fries and said I never ordered... it. I went to A&W today and it came out to less this time. I know it sounds silly to complain about that little but when youactively tell me I didn?t order it while taking my money then there?s a problem lol Read more

Several minutes to get acknowledged at the drive through, even longer wait for breakfast. When they finally bring us our food... the scrambled eggs weren't cooked. Time wasted for gross food. Read more

Went to the place 30 minutes before close they said they can?t make burgers because the grill is in ?cleaning mode? which... doesn?t exit they just didn?t want to work. I saw the worker laughing in the window after she told me as well. This location isdisgusting (hygiene wise) and run by lazy people who don?t want to work. Every time I?ve went in the past it?s been the samegirl in the drive thru and she is extremely rude. I wouldn?t recommend to anyone and agree with every other negative review. Read more

The food is the same as any A&W but this is the SLOWEST drive thru on the planet. They take each order and cook and serve it... before taking the next car's order. I think we sat about 20 minutes before getting our order taken with 3 cars ahead of us. Ifwe could've escaped from the drive thru, we could've driven to the next closest A&W and got food in the same amount of time. The food is the same as any A&W but this is the SLOWEST drive thru on the planet. They take each order and cook and serve it... before taking the next car's order. I think we sat about 20 minutes before getting our order taken with 3 cars ahead of us. Ifwe could've escaped from the drive thru, we could've driven to the next closest A&W and got food in the same amount of time. This means that I have... analyzed the cleanliness, service and behavior of the staff of this place. I always try to give my opinions unbiased and fair. The staff are mad, tired and very unprofessional. It seems that these employees are forced to work there. They are not happyto see customers and they are not happy to serve them. They provide service with attitude and unprofessionalism. So, I don'twant to be served by such staff because I don't know how do they prepare and handle my food. They need to be retrained, andretold about the importance of the customers. Otherwise, I do not recommend this location. Read more
