Although most of... the reviews were favourable, a few of them were so scathing that I almost decided against ordering from Louie?s. I?m so glad Idecided to give it a chance- the pizza was fantastic! I was really hoping to discover an awesome new (to me) pizza place but it is not good. Crust is underseasoned, cheese is... absolutely pallid and weirdly liquid, and the sauce has zero flavour. The staff are very friendly, the stores really clean , the food comes in huge delicious portions. Honestly best spot in town if... you ask me I recommend this to everyone and from a source I heard there?s gonna be some menu changes with new options!! Soundsso good.
