I ordered a family plate. It is supposed to feed 5 people. The amount of meat was not enough even for 2. I was ashamed in front... of my guests and everyone had very little meat. I've tried all of the shawarma places in Kanata this is the very best one. The meat especially is flavourful not plain tasting... and the falafal is very delicious. My only request is can you please start stocking those salty yogurt drinks in the fridge thatyou find at all the other shawarma places? So disappointed in this place! I recommended it to a friend to order in for a party . My friend ordered 3 platters and paid over... 200$. My friend received received: 3 large trays of salad, 3 medium sized trays of rice and and 2 small plates of meat, 1 smallplate of falafel. PLates were hardly full and way less meat than what you would usually get if you got meat spread over therice. It was so embarrassing. I will never recommend or purchase food here again. To make things worst; i called to complain andperson that answered said that is sounds like an error happened , more meat should have been sent and she said manager wouldcall me. Nobody never called. Went there for a lunch take-out yesterday. The 3 stuff members kept talking without even paying attention that somebody is... waiting for a while. There were couple of guys came in and joined the lineup of waiting customers. When we've turned to eachother and started talking about leaving, one of the ladies slowly approached the customers and begun working. We've ordered twosandwiches and garlic potatoes. It looked like the lady was afraid to add some salads, she was adding very little each time youask. As the result, the sandwiches were too dry. The potatoes were not fresh and didn't taste good. A the end, we've got foodpoisoning, I believe because of potatoes. Also on our way back, we've noticed a banner on Hazeldean Rd telling that 2 sandwichesand garlic potatoes should have costed $15.99. We've paid more than that for exactly the same thing (we've got smallsandwiches). Not sure how these guys have survived. This was my first and last experience with them. Read more

Hands down THE BEST in Ottawa. Meat is always juicy and has the best spices. Best potatoes, Best garlic sauce. I have made long... detours to this location as no other shawarma compares, and I've tried most in ottawa & surrounding area. Highly highlyrecommend. Read more

My first time here today, it won't be my last. This is now my favourite shawarma place in Kanata. Do yourself a favour and come... try the food. It's fresh , hot, and very tasty.
