Fairly new; dine-in service is slow most times, which is understandable for a new location. Staff is warm and welcoming.

Staff and place's hygiene issue! The staff who took our order was extremely rude and not professional at all. I thought they... might be having a bad day. Then they were laughing with colleagues, which is great but they didn't need to use an angry tonewith customers, I thought the staff was actually yelling at us! We have been going there since the day it opened, the staff backthen were amazing, friendly & professional. Since the last couple of months, things have gotten worse. The place is not asclean as before! Hygiene is so important in restaurants. Tables, chairs, floor, doors, waste cabinet, ..., etc are completedisaster. Took forever to get a coffee here. They had 2 drive thru windows but focused only on one side so one side was moving fast while... you wait 15-20 mins for someone to take your order on the other side. 10 or so cars passed us on the other drive thru lanebefore we got to the order window and then had to wait another 5 mins until someone answered to take our order. More training is needed at this location for the staff. It is a fairly busy location for being new (Summer 2022 opened) but to... date the service has only gotten worse. They are very slow, unfriendly and will often forget items in your order. Most oftenyour order is not displayed on the screen either so you don't know if they even got your order correct or what your paying for.There is a couple staff members that are rockstars and when you get them it makes such a difference but they are few and farbetween. It is a beautiful location because it is brand new but it's been about 5 months now and their getting worse not better. Read more

I usually don?t post negative review for any place, but this Tim Hortons is the worst one in customer service. My family is... going to this Tim every day for breakfast because of power outage. It?s been fine, we understand it?s new location and newstaff, but today morning when we ordered , we requested to stir the coffee and make it extra hot, the man taking our order waslike ?we screw your order a lot, if it would be me, I would not go back there? Still we apologized as we understand it?s hard towork in food industry and was requesting, he was like ?do you want anything else?? I don?t know if he need more training ontaking drive thru orders or if he is just rude. Read more
