So I tried the bone in wings today at Chic fil A. My thoughts are as follows: * wings are too small * took almost 30 minutes... this morning despite having a mobile order (not a big deal since they are just getting started) * wings not as crispy as I wouldlike * they gave me 7 drummets & 1 flat I'm a flats ???? so I was expecting at least half drummets & half flats I like the lemonpepper seasoning & I appreciate them trying something new. Went to try the new chicken wings today! The line was very long and the owner/manager came out and offered us a free cookie for... the wait. Very impressive!! Then I got home and tried the wings. Very small but tasty. The sauces offered on the side need tostay on the menu. The sweet chili sauce was extraordinary good!! Will be back! Excellent service Read more
FOOD SAFETY ALERT I tried contacting the restaurant about my order, but no one would answer the phone after calling at least 5... times in a row. So I called corporate. After holding for several minutes, over 11 minutes on hold, I got ?SHY-ANNE? who was rudeand unhelpful. She placed me back on hold but then never came back and eventually hung on me without answering or addressing theconcerns. My concern is with food safety. My Cobb salad was served with RAW PORK. I did not see the raw meat as it was tuckedunder the chicken strips. When I moved the chicken, I could see the RAW MEAT, and I tried to remove it from the salad, but theyare bits of pork, and it was difficult to remove, and disgusting and throughout the salad. I have attached pictures here.Realizing that raw meat can make me VERY SICK, I was left without lunch and without my money that I paid for the salad, and noone answering the phone at the restaurant and no one responsive at their corporate office. Stopped by Truett's Chik-Fil-A for our morning meal on the road! Opted for the dining room with full service, as it hosts a... larger menu, than the traditional menu. The food was very, very good...but our Server Demi, was truly one of THE BEST. She tookher time with us, provided exceptional Service, and I cannot say enough about this girl's soul... She is one of the mostbeautiful humans, inside and out. Demi, if you read this...stay true to yourself and your moral compass, and that will carry youthrough. I promise. I ordered the bone in wings being tested as a potential product at this location. Overall they did not taste as I expected. I... expected that they would have the similar flavor of the Chick-fil-A sandwich filet itself. However that is not the case. Theytaste as if they are seasoned with an all purposed seasoning. The flavor comes on the side and you mix your flavor with yourwing in this nice container that is definitely reusable. I tried the Saracha garlic and plain. I am pretty sure they will makethe menu and I advise just waiting until then because the line is hectic and so is the driving at the location.
