If I could give negative stars, I would. The last four times we have tried to order spicy chicken from here, they never have it... & refuse to make any. They even told us the last time that they couldn?t make more because they had employees on break. Theworst customer service and I honestly don?t see how no one has corrected these employees yet. We?ve continued to try and givethem a chance due to it being the only Church?s in the area, but will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. Do better. Read more
The lady at the drive thru window(maybe is was the manager), had a blondish Bob with brown streaks, was very nice and patient. I... hadn't eaten at a church's in 10+ years and was very satisfied with my meal. The gentleman that brought the food to thetruck(black shirt and dreads pulled back in a ponytail) was also. Food was served hot and fresh and with a smile from him. Thankyou for our delicious tenders, biscuits, fries and okra. We will be back and if you havent tried the spicy tenders...then youmust. Simple jalapeno poppers was not hot all the way through, just warmed. Usually i am satisfied with the order this time not cooked... quite enough. Read more
This was a take out order but we were really pleased with it. It had cooled off by the time we got home and ready to eat. Did... not have to warm anything up because it was still very good the way it was. Can't say that about a lot of restaurants but thisone.....we will be returning. Read more
This is not only one of the worst restaurant's I have had to deal with. First off I requested, pretty much begged for extra hot... sauce. I received 5 packets for 6 oversized pieces of chicken(not the good big sized chicken, the oversized, abnormally largeweird looking chicken). It is as if because I asked so politely these Churches chicken employees chose to be so unprofessional,incompetent, and just flat out official loser - like people. Like I am missing so many random items from the order. I wasbasically robbed because I definitely didn't get what I paid for and was charged for. Read more
If I could give negative I would. We got here at 7:55pm and it is now 8:40pm still here. They brought us the chicken and the... rest of our food but it's all cold. We are now waiting for 2 apple pies. As I'm writing this it is turning 8:50. We also got 3large sides but got 3 small sizes for each 1 large. We had to the drive thru again and they also didn't even season the chicken.I recommend never eating at this place if given the option. Even if given the option DONT PICK HERE!!!! FYI it is now 9pm. Not sure when they became ?Texas? chicken, but it always tastes good. The crew is friendly usually. They didn?t get 5 Stars... because they were out of Mac & Cheese. The chicken, mashed potatoes, and biscuit were delicious. Read more
