This place has the best hibachi express ever! Please support this business! The food is always cooked fresh. My fave is the... shrimp and chicken hibachi! The establishment is clean and the customer service is excellent. They treat you with the utmostrespect here. I drive 35 min+ to get my food and don’t mind because it’s worth it. Fuji Express is my go to place for Japanese food in the area. You get a lot of food for the price and the sushi options are... excellent (deep fried, raw, and vegetarian). The service is also pretty good, and I never wait too long for my order. I've neverdined-in so I can't speak for that experience, but my to-go orders are always correct and neatly packed with everything you needinside. I always get the beef rice bowl and, if I feel like it, I also get the Fuji Roll. Always delicious, never disappoints. Read more

This is a small restaurant located in a strip shopping center. It isn't flashy and just happened to catch my attention when we... drove past it the other night. I was intrigued so we pulled up the menu. It is Japanese food so there are mostly hibachioptions. The meals were cheap for the food that you got. Steak and shrimp was less than $11. It is not cooked in front of youbut I'm sure that makes the cost cheaper than a restaurant with a full hibachi show. I got the steak and shrimp with rice andvegetables. My girlfriend got the chicken and shrimp with double rice. We both felt like there was plenty of food. You refillyour own drinks and condiments. They offer soy, teriyaki and Yum yum sauce. After you eat, you take your plate to the trashand clean off your table. Overall we were very happy to find a place that offers hibachi at a cheaper price. We felt like theportions were good and the food had good flavor. We will definitely be back when the craving for hibachi hits again. Read more
