I ordered for pick up. I like the waiting space they have- very roomy. Ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette. They used... fresh spinach and a lot of it! That's rare in a chain restaurant. Food was really good, wait time was minimal. The side ofpancakes were really good too. Not cold or bland like some restaurants that offer pancakes as a side/substitution. Woulddefinitely order again. The hamburger was burnt, took forever for the staff to seat us and restaurant was dirty. The tables had not been cleaned and the... staff was on their phones. They did not have the normal IHOP fries or Dr. Pepper which they failed to mention both of thosethings before we ordered. I filled out the survey on the receipt but I never heard from them even though I said I wanted to becontacted. Please save your money because this place is expensive and not worth it. My mother in law and myself had a wonderful breakfast here one I'll never forget. I wish all servers would be like the one we... had. DEXTER was his name. Not only was he very attentive but he was so plesent to talk with. He had a great attitude and justseemed to overall enjoy doing his job. It was like I said an experience we will never forget. I wish all people were just likehim. Food was great no complaints. We sat we got our food fast and we ate and relaxed weren't made to feel rushed either.. Greatexperience. Read more
Roaches! Roaches!! Roaches!!! My best friend & I came in for breakfast this morning & as we were eating I noticed something out... of the corner of my eye, near the syrup container. I turned & noticed a roach crawling up the corner of the table onto thetable. I told my best friend to move her purse, bcuz it was on her side of the table, & then I called over our waitress for thetickets. We were done with whatever food was remaining on our plates & just wanted to leave as fast as possible. Nope, I willNOT return there to eat. Our server, Monica, was very nice & understanding. Always a pleasant experience when we visit I-Hop. My daughter, adult daughter, always goes for the french toast. It's the best... she's had when eating breakfast out or in our case, brunch. I always try different meals but I will say the BLT and the roastturkey are my favorite sandwiches. Omelets are another favorite and I have always enjoyed them all. In the past I-HOP hadchicken Florentine crepes and they were awesome but they are no longer on the menu. Omelets are now the substitute but stillvery satisfied. We will be returning, the service was great and food was delivered in a timely manner. Read more
Our booth seats needed some repair, but service was outstanding. Great server, fast attentive courtesy service. Food quality... was excellent. We all had some thing different. Samplings from the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menu. Everyone left full andhappy. Read more
The food was good, but don't know why people were leaving out shivering like it was cold in the place as we were going in. I... asked the the hostesses if it was cold in the place she said no. Which it was cold. My friend did notice as we were sittingthat there was a fan blowing on the floor toward the patrons ....don't know what that was all about. The waitress wehad...we're presuming was new. She had to go ask questions about things we were asking her about on the menu. But that wasokay. She was nice. Read more
