My very first experience with Jimmy John's and unfortunately it will be my last. I placed my order through Door dash, the order... and payment were accepted. 20 minutes later Jimmy John's called asking if I could pick it up because they don't have a deliverydriver. I said but I order through Door Dash, find a different dasher. I was told that they have their own delivery driver andthey didn't have one today. It's so may things wrong with this picture. Why be on Door Dash if you don't use dashers and whyaccept the order if you couldn't deliver. I am beyond upset and disappointed with how Jimmy John's and Door Dash handled thissituation. I have no food and get to wait 3 days for a refund, lucky me. Never again Read more

It doesn't really matter... I won't be coming back! I was friendlier than the indifferent staff... I asked about the tuna, if it... had raw onions, and He said you don't even notice em, but the onions WERE more than noticeable! I felt like an imposition! Thefood made me sick! I may be biased because I?m the assistant manager, but I love this store. The people there are amazing me and will (the general... manager) go through hell due to not having enough staff some days but we always try our best to keep each and every customerhappy and have a great experience. Even though it?s impossible to make everyone happy I promise you it doesn?t mean we stillcan?t try. My last day is the day before thanksgiving and I?m glad I had the opportunity to meet them and work with them. Don?tjudge the store by the stars , we go through a lot that people don?t see. But I guarantee that when you come in you?ll feel likeapart of the family. We crack jokes with you and make you laugh and then you get a delicious sandwich. Good sandwiches, but you need to open to the public! Every other business is allowing people inside. There's too much room for... error, when ordering and the sandwiches are getting very lean, since the last time! Prices are on the rise, and everything seemsto be extra now, 1.50 for a lousy pickle! Just called to correct a issue about to unwich sandwiches I had and the manager notified me he couldn?t do anything about it... because it wasn?t his shift. Then I proceeded to tell him that I was left with no receipt as well and he basically said thatwasn?t his problem because he?s night shift. Very nonchalant about money that I gave for two incorrect sandwiches. Then I askfor corporate number and he proceeded to tell me they don?t keep corporate number in store. Now that lie was unnecessary. I amvery dissatisfied with my service at this location.
