NASTY PLACE! From the parking lot to the their counters, chip containers, surfaces. This is place is dirty and nasty!! The... griddles and stove look like they have not been washed or cleaned probably since the store opened. The glass the protects thefood is smeared and splattered. The floor had food crumbs everywhere. Looked like they only sweep it once a week. boxes ofproducts on the tables.The chips were stale. They were out of a lot of ingredients and salsas. They?re ?pico de gallo?isessentially sliced tomatoes with cilantro thrown on top.The owner of this place has a bunch of teenagers running the store. Long Story Short My Online Order Was Cancelled. Once I Proceed To Order The YoungLady That Was At The Register Was Also Trying To Make My Food Which Was Completely Awful, She Scooped The Bottom Of An Old QuesoPan With A Spoon And Flung It On To Of The Rice, Beans, Meat, And Shredded Cheese. Tried to eat in but girl with wrapped up braids on her hair wouldn't allow us to. There was 1 family eating in they were out of... lids for Togo orders so we said will dine in and the manager said no because there are only 3 of us and will be here all night.They had 45 more minutes till they closed. We left and will never be back. I work in a restaurant and if they come in 2 minutesbefore closing they can stay and it's a buffet. Very poor customer service. Read more
BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP!!!!! HORRIBLE customer SERVICE and FOOD. The store ran out of rice and instead of... cancelling my order thru the app they processed my order with a scoop of beans and lettuce without telling me. When I returnedthe food they told me I couldn't have my money back and I have to call customer service for a refund on Monday. They would noteven give my the customer service number. No signs posted that they were out of rice and my receipt didn't say it either. I AMDONE ever eating at Moe's because I feel they have stole my money and refuses to return it. Second time ordering from this place. This location just isn't good to me. I normally go to the one in Morrow Georgia and they... even seem more upbeat and friendly. Since this pandemic I've truly been more critical of my reviews because we have been sittingin the house for over a year and when you go somewhere you expect to have good service and good quality food. My chips werestale! I thought they made fresh chips everyday, don't they?! When I was leaving I noticed that the health score was 89 B.Didn't get a chance to look at the reasons why... STAY AWAY! Save your time and money, if I could give zero stars I would. Placed a online order at 5:58pm, picked the order up... only to get home and realized they messed up the order. Called the store to see if my order could be remade, the entire time I?mtrying to explain what?s wrong the worker just keeps asking me what protein is missing over and over again. Which was a waste offive minutes. Go all the way back to store only to be inconvenienced more. They don?t do refunds and I had to wait another hourfor my food to be remade. Ordered from here last night via mobile app. The food all tasted old. It definitely was not fresh. Salsa bar was empty. Junior... burrito barely had any meat and was missing multiple items. Stack was so empty and thin. It?s as if they took the inside of aTaco Bell soft taco and threw it into a stack. Everything was soggy and under seasoned. I eat Moe?s often, closer to home, andit doesn?t taste ANYTHING like this location did. Disappointing. Read more
