I met a friend for Sunday lunch here. When we arrived the hostess seated us immediately. I liked that you had the option to eat... inside or on the covered patio. We ate outside. The waitress was friendly. My friend and I shared the chicken and beefempanadas. They were so flavorful and delicious. For my entree I had the catch of the day. It was a white fish that I neverheard of. The fish was delicious. The overall experience was great. I highly recommend this restaurant. I cannot wait to goback. Read more

Staff was friendly a bit frustrating that the girl taking orders at the ro go counter did not seem to be fluent in English. I... understand and respect others , but never having been here and having questions about the menu it was frustrating that she keptsaying huh, was confused or unable to answer simple questions. Questions such as can you sub sides , what are popular menu items, does the jerk chicken come with sauce or is the seasoning jerk. I even came back in to purchase extra sauce and she was unableto assist . I didn't know which sauce I had but knew the color. She kept trying to give me green or white sauce despite mesaying rhe sauce was more of a burned red/orange. Other than that food was done prompt. I'm not a fan of fries but they hadreally good fries. The food was ok. The chicken wrap and chicken sandwich were a bit dry and didnt taste like any seasoning wason them, but my husband enjoyed the jerk chicken although he stated he didn't taste anything jerk on it. An excellent meal clean and tidy including the bathroom. I had the Jerk Chicken sandwich it was delicious. The service was... excellent took a few but the food was fresh and hot very satisfied. What I noticed that it was very clean tables floors wallsbathroom. You can tell the staff cared very accommodating to the customers and a noticed that the servers knew a few regularpatrons. This location is closer to me now, I use to go to the one off of Ponce de Leon. This place is not bad, the food was excellent... just as I remembered. It’s been about 2 years since I last had papis. I ordered two Ropa Vieja sándwiches with yellow riceand black beans and a side of maduros Togo, so they are not pictured. But boy, everything was amazing. The only issue was thatthe oil was one of the sandwiches dropped in the paper bag so that when I got home and pulled one of the orders out of the mainthick paper carrying bag, the beans fell out the bag an onto my kitchen floor. It’s sorta my fault, I should’ve grabbed itfrom the bottom and not the folded part at the top. But it’s cool though, food was still excellent. Read more

5 stars for our server, Andreika, who graciously served our party of 8 for my dad's birthday dinner tonight. Even though I'd... called earlier in the week to let them know we were arriving, they don't take reservations, they didn't seem prepared. It didn'tseem as if anyone wanted to wait on us but fortunately Andreika did. She was fantastic, provided excellent service, did not havean attitude, and was very courteous & helpful. We enjoyed our various dinners & had a great time. The bartender, not sure of hisname, made the perfect mojito! I enjoyed the ropa viejo meal, first time having it but it will not be the last time.
