This establishment was to my knowledge bought out by new owners, and the experience was horrific. We used to order every week... with no problems until now. Our orders were wrong, thrown together with carelessness, and the crust was burnt, the staff wasmouthy. They fired their old staff/management and it shows in their customer service and food. The restaurant was filthy and thenew staff was too busy on their phones to care about the customers then when addressed about your order was disrespectful (evenwith children present). I will not return to this establishment or recommend it to anyone. Take your money somewhere moredeserving or a local business, this one has gone to the dumps. Read more
Come on down all you Pizza Lovers too Hungry Howie's in Stockbridge. They have a brand new leadership and crew. My pizza was... Deeelicious. I stopped buying for about a year because the crust was more like a piece of bread. The crust is important to me, Ilove that yeasty taste. I have a specific pizza that I like. Ever since Hungry Howie's got their answering service, the service trys to charge us too much($33.??) for two medium pizzas with... 1 item & cheese bread which is($19.??) Is always a big hassle. Today the woman didn't get the order right & we had to startover, kept us on hold for twelve minutes trying to reach a manager. She had a snippy attitude, told us she was giving us adirect line to the manager & no one answered. Then my husband gets a call back from the manager & the manager came up with yet adifferent price. We got it all taken care of in only 55 minutes. This will be our last order if they continue to have the"answering sevice". This service is going to run Hungry Howie's into the ground. Every time I order they always forget my flavored crust and I get double sausage and never get that either. It was also very... greasy and not hot at all. It?s disappointing when I get my pizza but it does taste good. Read more
Hit or miss... up and down... one thing is consistent.... they can't slice a pizza. Eatable. Timing is usually okay other... times not. I'm holding the entire pizza here short 2 slices Read more
Staff member Dakota always goes out of his way to help everyone and there order needs. He appreciates those customers who... understand that hard times we're dealing with and sometimes lack of staffing or technical support issues, he is always ready toserve the public with the best .
