It took 10 minutes to get a well done hashbrown and we ordered a large coke and water, the coke tasted like syrup and the water... tasted flat. Honestly, I'm very disappointed and wish they could do better with the soda machines and make a hashbrown that Icould easily make at home. Read more
Ordered at the kiosk, waited 30 minutes for our order, the mcdoubles were basically squished and did not eat them and as if they... were microwaved, ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with cheese but instead received a non deluxe double cheese quarter pounder,also did not get the sweet and sour sauces for our chicken nuggets Read more
The fries were barely warm. Our daily doubles were hardly wrapped coming undone when we tried to take them out of the bag. No... napkins. They are usually pretty good. Read more
Very dirty. All tables dirty. Had to wipe off table to sit down and eat. Pop dispenser dirty with spilled pop on counter along... with ketchup and a bunch of nats flying around pop dispenser. Trash full at pop despenser with nats crawling all around it.Probably won't go back. Gross Read more
My wife and I went through the drive through at roughly 10pm. Ashley was the manager at that time. Placed my order, and drove... home, four minutes away. The burgers were all cold. All four of them. I called to inform them I was coming back forreplacements, but Ashley refused to replace my burgers. She said ?there?s nothing I can do? repeatedly. I suggested she checkthe temperature of the grill, she said ?I know the temperature is right, I do that myself?, which had to be a lie because when Iworked at McDonald?s, I did grill temp at changeover, at 10:30 am, that would imply that Ashley was working for 12 hours.Anyway, I don?t see why it?s such a big deal to give me 4 replacement burgers, when I told her I was bringing them back, Iclearly wasn?t trying to get free food, I was trying to get a somewhat reasonable meal that I paid for. *update* went there again today 11_16_2021 I know this is weird but they forgot 2 items in my bag. Was in such a rush I didn't... stop and make sure even though I know they are forgetful but it's sad that I have to check my entire bag everytime I check out.I get hard workers are hard to find but come on. You all have ti make enough off the food we oay fir and don't give us to offsetthose issue. Since the day this McDonald's has been renovated its been awful. I am really sad this is the only place in townopen to get food and it always messed up. GET IT TOGETHER UP THERE Shame Second and last time I will ever come here. Such ashame because this is literally a brand new McDonald's. Twice now I've been here I asked for no cheese. Not only do they putcheese on there but 2 slices at that. Made a deal out of it today and they assured me they would make it without cheese. Shameon me for not pulling over and checking in the parking lot. Super disappointed with this McDonalds. Read more
Mess up my order! Went through drive through, they handed me my coke that was 3/4 of a way full, when asked if I could get it... filled up the rest of the way they said they couldn?t do it bc they don?t have a button for it?? Then by the time I got home toeat my sandwich, it was the wrong sandwich. SMH! Read more
