As usual, the drive up is slow and crowded. Whether it is from errors by the staff (sometimes) or on the fly changes by... drivers (often) at this location it is better to go inside for orders. The entrance from the road is terrible, never shouldhave been approved as laid out. Read more
This Dunkin is absolutely wonderful. I come through on my in-office days and the people at the window are always very friendly... and efficient. Usually the line isn?t too bad when I go but even if it is, they get through that thing QUICK. The flowers in thedrive through are a wonderful touch and really give this location a welcoming feeling. Drive thru at 8:30 am during the week is a breeze. In/out fast! My latte is always hot and filled to the top ( not all foam) my... daughter occasionally gets 1 or 2 chocolate munchkins mixed in with glazed. (She HATES chocolate!) She is 6 and boy does thisirritate her! I explain that it is most likely a mistake. She said ?mommy they make this mistake every time.? I like this spotand will continue to order from here. Today I did a BIG mobile order for our staff at the YMCA on this very hot day! We ordered over 12 drinks and a donut. These... Yesterday was my first time ordering at this dunkin (I?m not a dunkin drinker) but I ordered the cold brew brown sugar coffee... with oat milk and it was the best cold brew I ever had ?.I had it at another dunkin today and they could not even touch the onethis place made ..that cup of coffee gets a 5 star from me . I've been coming here for the last 6 years, is never been 100% consistent, but lately it's been really bad. I order online, pay... extra money for extra flavor swirl in my coffee and don't even get the regular amount let alone extra. The coffee tastes burntmost of the time. 2 stars because the employees are generally very friendly. Read more
Been going here for years. They would get five stars if half the staff wasn't mute when you said Thank you or have a nice day... and they figured out how to speed up the coffee making process instead of listening to rap garbage on their cellphones whilemaking coffee. Also, no customer should hear arguments between employees about work problems while getting their order, foreveryone around can. The manager Amanda is super nice and never gets an order wrong! However some of the other employees don'tknow what's going on half the time. Read more
