When they give you the food it's always lukewarm like it's been sitting there awhile it fries and the sandwiches are cold before... you finish eating them very disappointed. I've eaten there three times and each time the same and no personality at the counter. Read more
hours for drive through are incorrect. They will not serve you past 11:30pm (despite being allowed to place a mobile order.) It... is possible they close the drive through at the same time as inside, 11pm. Please update your hours online as well as in themobile app so as to not waste our money or our time. Read more
Had a grilled chicken sandwich but the chicken was basically tough rubber.. never had anything like it before.. threw out the... whole sandwich. Zero stars. Going to blame myself for ordering anything not deep-fried... Carls Jr used to have decent qualityfast food 15-20yrs ago... Now it's the bottom. Read more
