I have had 2 bad experiences when ordering food for delivery. I ordered a chicken bowl. What I got was about 3 tablespoons of... SHREDDED BEEF in the bowl and nothing else, I called the delivery services and they had Chipotle remake the bowl, when it wasdelivered I found about 2 tablespoons of shredded beef and nothing else!. I was so done..then a month later I ordered anotherchicken bowl, because I worked late..what I got was more of a vegetable bowl, because it wa only about 6-7 very small pieces ofchicken in the bowl...I am so done with Chipotle. have gone into hat place only once, there is no COVID safety being practiced,people stand bunched up in line Read more

The crew are all kids and they play too much and have attitute with customers. They verly had the line clean a d stuff. Others... dont help because is not their job in the area and they just standing. Pass about 30 to 45 minutes just to order. Omg ! Great service at this locations. Most of the employees are great when it comes to hospitality?. As a mom I am always... looking for a friendly kids restaurant and this chipotle have it all. By the way I need to share with you that the guacamoleportion here is wonderful! And not very expensive as is it in another places. My ans my husband ate here for healthy reasons. SoI do recommend this place for healthy snacks, lunch or dinner. Barbacoa is my favorite here. You add as much of veggies you likefor no extra charge! You will pay extra for meat, guacamole, and few morw things so if you don't know just ask. Remember theyare very helpful and nice people. Read more
I?ve been coming to this chipotle for a few years now and have always been really happy with their service. I also always try to... leave a tip for the workers but on todays arrival I was just told that the manager took away their ability to accept tips. Idon?t agree with this new policy; firstly, these are hard workers who deserve their tips and secondly tips are apart ofsomeone?s income, so by taking away their tips, you?re taking away a portion of their income. Unless all workers got araise/bonus, taking away workers tips/partial income is morally wrong. Read more
