Great service. The food is consistently good, except for the chicken, it's always dry. Love their raviolis!

We went to get pasta for my sons birthday party..Went inside bought a quart of Ravioli and a quart of Torrtalini alfredo from... the 50 percent off section..It was awful...tasted nasty greasy..what a waste..and tortallini was hard as well. My daughter and I stepped in human feces and they did not care. There were multiple piles of it in there outside eating area.... Had been eating here for years and the customer service we received was some of the most disrespectful treatment I have everhad. I recorded most of it and posted it on TikTok and it can be easily found. Never give bad reviews anywhere but this wastruly a disgusting experience. Read more

I pre-ordered a large pasta a week before my party. Went to pick it up at the time requested. Not only was it not ready, but... when I pulled up to the establishment all the lights were off. I thought that the restaurant was closed. Even though it lookedclosed they were open. When I walked in I was not greeted with good customer service. Actually, all the employees lookedannoyed that I walked in. I told them I was picking up my order, then one of the employees goes to the back to retrieve it. Ican hear her back there arguing with another male employee about how much 1.5 gallons is for pasta. As they argue, I hear themale employee cursing. It takes about ten minutes, until another employee with a headset asks me if I had been helped. Iexplained that another employee went to the back to retrieve my order, but has not came back with it yet. This employee goes tothe back to let them know I was still waiting. Mind you, a patron that came in after me gets their order before me. I spent alot of money for my food, and would have liked better customer service or communication. Came here two days in a row for their focaccia bread to go with my dinner. Two different employees helped me & received the same... type of service. Both of these employees were super rude! They acted like they didn't want to be there & I was somehowbothering them by asking for bread! LOL! It'll be a while before I come back to this establishment. Read more

Last minute search for lunch for seven relatives. De Vinci's was able to accommodate us. The young lady that helped me was... fantastic. Why 4 instead of 5 stars? Usually their homemade cookies are off the hook. Not today. Kinda hard. But I won't giveup, because I think they have the best peanut butter cookies. Read more

I usually love this place. The food was still good, but the employee overcharged me for my kids meals (she rang them up as a... regular combo 1, when I specifically said number 7) and I didn?t notice it until I got home. Also, she wasn?t the friendliest.Bummer. Read more

Food was OK. Not sure but it seems like if you're not eating at the restaurant the food is heated in non microwave safe... containers. It totally tasted like the plastic and was overly hard. Service isn't that great either. I called in my order,specifically asked about the drive thru. I was told I could pick up my order there. I sat outside the window for 10 minutes,honked and not a single person acknowledged me, eventhough they saw me there. I parked and went in. About ten young girls werechit chatting, laughing like nothing. They still didn't acknowledge me until I said I'm here to pick up an order. I questionedthem and I was told that they do not acknowledge anyone who doesn't order at the speaker. So I asked why after ordering over thephone, I was told I could pick up at the drive through. They were all oblivious to my questions and kept talking and laughing.First and last time I go to this location. The restaurant was completely empty at lunch so I guess that speaks volumes. Read more
