Good food here especially their new quesadilla, super friendly customer service.
Not eating in the location again.The tray they put the food on is dirty, I don’t think they clean them because it’s sticky... on the perimeter and bottom of the tray. Also the cilantro salsa was very watery it wasn’t creamy. The pico de gallo was soold that the tomatoes was so soggy and mushy, Chicken was in the saltier side. Employees were rude as well for just asking aquestion. Overall all, this location is horrible and the restaurant was dirty too The staff just stands around when business isslow. Poor management. Food was alright and atmosphere was fine, just didn't appreciate a particular employee that was yelling at me to get my order. I... wasn't ignoring him either, my hearing isn't what it used to be. I didn't look at his nametag either, i also didn't appreciatehow he looked at me. Won't be returning because of him. Read more
The last time I went service was horrible, at this location the staff is never friendly and has an attitude, I got some tacos... and a burrito, but the shrimp on the tacos was like rock hard chunks of salt, and the tortillas were not cooked and the tacoswere cold, I ordered the large chips and salsa and they gave me the small so I had to go back in, and this was over 30.00 what arip off and so nasty and the pico de Gallo seemed old, it was just gross, the tomatoes were all shriveled up in it and it seemedslimey. I ordered the Mango ice tea also(which I don't see on their menu anymore) and they gave me a regular ice tea. Read more

This El Pollo Loco’s got the worst churros. I initially thought it was that particular morning (morning’s oil should be... fresh and new right?) but went in again to see if it’ll be better. Same, had it replaced, same. Burnt, nothing fluffy liketraditional mexican churros thats bready on inside. The oil is bad and they cook it for too long! They need to check on theirrecipe or Way they cook. Its like overly cooked crisps with dark oil. Ive tried other El Pollo Loco’s and theirs are perfectlike how a real mexican churro should be.
