The service was terrible how are you gonna get upset because you have to make fresh chicken and also just because you give more... sides doesn't make it better at the end of the day they made the chicken but still is this what you call customer service Irather go to KFC on hammer by Kelly drive honestly it seems that they'll hire anybody at this place I barely write reviews butthe fact the lady was so rude I didn't even get her name because she's not worth the time but just know I don't recommend thisplace they don't even want to work at the place that they get paid to do they need to check those team members honestly ! I only got a milkshake but it was amazing very good would go back and try something else next time not a long wait in drive thru

Horrible. They allowed us to place a mobile order for pickup and we ordered 2 original recipe chicken dinners and a sandwich.... Cost was over $30. Said pick was ready at 9:29 pm. I entered and they said I'll have to wait its not ready. They took paymentfrom me. Then proceeded to make us wait 25 minutes for our order. Then the rude older female manager comes to me and says. Wecan make your sandwich but thats it. We're out of all chicken. Not one piece left. This after they charged me for the order andmade us wait 25 minutes before they decide to tell us no chicken...they gave some hard stale cold chicken tenders in place ofour chicken meal and offered no break on price or free drink or pie for the inconvenience. Don?t go here. The bad reviews are correct. This is worst kfc around. I ordered 2 chicken tender family meals for 2 different... cars. Ask the lady to bag orders separately. Worker handed my order with hot gravy spilling out the bag onto my coat. Do yourjob. Learn to pack an order correctly. Read more
