Good place but short workers I wait like 25 a 30 for my order and was cold when I get it
Here again and another issue this is probably the most unprofessional unorganized KFC I've ever been to now I'm sitting here in... the drive thru at 7:18pm and being told to come inside because they closed the cash registers already for the drive thru Iinformed them I have my kid in his car seat not wanting to have to do that and yet there's no way to take my order in the drivethru there's always some excuse here on why either there closed early or they ran out of chicken just poor excuse of lazy people Read more
The representative said to me, in the drive through, "you can get a half-gallon of pepsi". She offered no other choices. I was... ordering the $43.00 original chicken meal with two sides and biscuits. I also said, "may I have macaroni and cheese?" The youngassistant replied, "you want (mc) instead of cole slaw?" (Like cole slaw was the only option there was. I thought that ratherodd--- or rude. She told us we would have to wait 15 minutes for the buttermilk biscuits. It was curbside delivery and nodine-in. I said that would be fine. Then, a long while later, I see her walking out to my vehicle. I say to my friend, "oh, weneed to ask for paper plates and napkins and butter and honey!" So when I proceeded to ask her she straight out replied, "Well,you needed to ask for that." I thought that was SO UNPROFESSIONAL and lazy. She should be let go! Read more
This place was terrible. It stinks on the inside and there are sticky stains and trash on the floor. The wait was... unreasonable, since my order was simply a replacement thing of fries and gravy since my original fries and gravy were ruinedwhen the gravy, with its ill sealed lid, spilled all over the fries and everything else in the bag... Anyway the amount of griefthat I endured to have this food replaced not to mention the drive back and the wait, it was not an experience I'm eager torepeat. I'm probably going to look into Popeye's or Church's, I don't know. I don't even know if I like chicken this much. Read more
They hardly have anything ready several times I have been here and they say we have nothing ready it will be 30 minutes or so... and it is barely noon. Waterloo and other locations never really have any problems. Just an fyi I will never try this locationagain. I am unsure if it is a staffing issue or not Read more
Do not recommend Waited over 10 mins for Mac and cheese and then they served me a bowl ducking of grease! I would recommend the... one on charter way much better. Read more

Walk into KFC and this one was VERY LIMITED on what they sell. The womans restroom was broken, so on to the man's restroom which... was filthy, I wiped down the toilet before using it. Dont bother going here, no chicken lol Read more
