Terrible. The asian lady who goes by the title of "manager" is a thief. Didn't want to give me my full order. Ordered the... 2/$3.99 spicy chicken sandwiches, x6....so that= 12 sandwiches, right? Wrong!! Apparently, she can't count, they only gave me11, & she still tried to force me to buy the 12th one. So she'd rather throw away $50 of food, than give me my sandwich. Smh.LOL Someone please fire this lady, throw her back into the first grade-- and teach her some basic math, along with somemanners!! Absolutely terrifying, & a complete waste of time, & gas. Ordered two meals one for me and one for my daughter. They forgot pretty much everything inside my daughter's kids meal. No... fries, no apple slices, no milk and the watermelon slushy for her teeth since th y where hurting her. Does your staff even readwhat their supposed to be packing at all?? This McDonalds is kind of ghetto. Lots of undesirables sitting outside asking everyone for money. There's even a person posted... at the drive through. It gets really crowded and slow during the breakfast rush hour. I don't have any issues with the food,except you can never order any ice creams, soft serve, milkshakes and flurries because their ice cream machine is NEVER workingor they just don' t want to meticulously clean it. I dont have any problems with the staff. You can sit and dine inside nowand pre order from their new kiosks located right inside. This McDonalds is located at 1009 N. Wilson Way in Stockton. This McDonald?s has got me in a funk cus I love Mickey D?s and I?ve come to this one frequently; however, my most recent... experience has highlighted some important failures in their business approach. I ordered some sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins(around 11 AM so granted it was during their lunch hours), and was told to wait in one of the parking spots for my food. I putin my sauce request then parked in the spot. When I received my order, they did not provide my sauces, then I also noticed theyput the folded, yellow style of egg that comes out of a tube instead of the fresh cracked egg in my sandwiches. I went insideand they told me they ran out of the fresh eggs as well as the salsa I requested. Where my problem stands is that I had to goconfront them about the order, and they responded in a manner that showed they know they messed up, tried to hide it, and didn?tthink I?d notice or confront them about it. They also did not offer the ameliorate the situation in any way. I realize they arein a constant rush, but to give someone something they didn?t order instead of just being honest and saying they don?t have theingredients for the order, and to think people will just stay silent is ridiculous and a poor way to handle the situation. Ihave also come in to this location a few times and ordered fries with no salt, and every time they put salt on them. Some peoplehave dietary restrictions preventing them from eating salt so this is pretty messed up, but also some people just don?t want topay 4$ for old stale fries so they ask for no salt so a new batch has to be prepared. Start making fries to order or at least insmaller batches, and have a separate section for saltless fries so you don?t accidentally hospitalize anyone.
