Cashless ordering pooped out. Had to order twice...but they had shakes!!!! Very expensive shakes....but they had them! And i... wasn't bothered by any of the parking lot campers, so it was good! Read more
They always forget apple slices or the toy in the kids meals. The cashiers in drive thru would be fired if they smiled or were... friendly in any way. So basically if you have to go, check your bags and don?t expect even a decent interaction. Read more
I been coming here for years and my managers that i had would be mad and would have fired everyone .Frank and David were the... best they taught me so much in 98-2003 this Mc Donalds always has problems my orders are always messed up or wrong. Was fine. A bit slow going getting my order. However, it wasn't just for myself, the other patrons we're also waiting a bit on... the long side. One customer waiting for their mobile order at curbside pickup came in with their small child and had complainedthey'd been waiting quite long for their order. They were a little bit on the angry side but the manager was very good atkeeping her calm while addressing the customer and assured them their order was being completed momentarily. My order arrivedand they got it completely correct including the proper flavor and quantity of condiments that i specified on the app. The foodwas hot and fresh and tasted very good. The pricing is a bit on the high end but what can be done about that these days..overalla 4 star outting due to the order being completely correct and fresh with a great taste. I went to this location before work for a coffee and used the mobile ordering. I waited in my car for 10 minutes and no one... came out with my coffee. I went to the door and tapped on it until someone came out. I let them know I placed an order on mobileapp and waited over 10 minutes and have not received my coffee. The lady told me I had to go through the drive-thru. I told herthat's not how the mobile ordering works. I have been to other locations using the mobile ordering and have had no issues. Eventhough I was charged for the coffee and not given the coffee I proceeded to ask for a refund. She then stated that I had noorder open on their screen. I am very disappointed with this location the lack of competency and customer service is horrifying.DO NOT GO HERE! Even under the review at this location says it has mobile ordering but is not compliant. Why are you going tohave parking spaces for mobile ordering if you are going to just turn customers away and keep their money and not give them theitems they ordered. There is no sign posted that states mobile ordering has to go through the drive-thru. Also while I wasthere someone from doordash tried to pick up an order and was instructed to go through the drive-thru which was pretty long. Read more
It was busy, but workers were nice, and worked really hard to get everyone's orders out in a timely fashion.
