I?ve literally been ordering pizza for years from this place and recently it?s gotten really horrible. About two weeks ago I... tried to place an order for delivery. It was 6 pm and they said they were no longer taking delivery orders over the phone. Today I placed an order for pick up at this location. My mom, who was paying for the pizza, stayed in the car with my daughterso that I could go get the pizza and pay. When I got in there, they demanded to see an ID. My ID was in my car and I wasn?t sureif my mom had hers plus it was her debit card that would be used she was paying. I explained to the lady that I could go get myID and that my mom (who only speaks Spanish) was the one paying for the pizza but was with my daughter in the car. She went toask ?the manager? what to do in the kitchen?. I could hear and see the managers response. ?The manager? was wearing glasses androlled her eyes and rudely told the cashier that if I didn?t have the ID for the card that they would cancel the order because?they needed to write down the ID number or driver?s license number for the order? I told the cashier that I had my card andwould go get it so that they could have an ID on file but I wasn?t the one paying for the pizza so the names wouldn?t match.Luckily they took my ID but this is terrible customer service and the ?manager? needs to ease up and realize that she can beseen through their wall. She?s was extremely rude about it, not to mention that they never mentioned over the phone that therewould need to be an ID when picking up the pizza. How do they know if the person picking up the pizza has ID with them. Youcan?t assume that this is the case and should probably tell customers to bring ID with them. They should also train their?manager? on her customer service skills. No one is at fault for their lack of communication when taking orders but them and ifshe doesn?t like her job then maybe she should get another one instead of providing rude customer service. I went in for a buffet. They did not have any pizzas out. I requested a veggie pizza. They put out a medium pizza that had 3... slices of veggie, 1 slice of cheese and the other slices were filled with some sort of meat. Now why would anyone in their rightminds ask for a veggie pizza and get a pizza with meat. I know i got the buffet but there?s a reason some people order avegetarian pizza at a pizza place or any place. I even went up to the person at the front counter to tell her I can?t eat thepizza since there is meat with the veggie pizza and nothing was done. Absolutely ridiculous experience. It took over 30 minutes to get a lrg pep pizza. It didn?t have extra sauce as I asked. No... utensils or parm cheese and the lady answer the phone kept touching her face while where gloves. Gross! This experience wasworse than a $6.00 little ceasers pizza. Read more

This pizza place is not that great. I order two pizzas and both of them were pretty dry. It didn't have enough sauce. The pizza... slices didn't have much ingredients or meat. And the pizza also didn't have cheese. I am really disappointed of the quality ofpizza and for the price I pay. Hopefully you guys/girls don't go through the same experience. Read more

Probably one of the better pizza joints I've visited in awhile. My order was quick and correct...the pizza taste really... good...and the staff is very nice. There's a young lady with short hair that worked the register. She provided exceptionalservice! She provided a coupon code that brought the price of my order down. Most places wouldn't do that.
