I first been to an olive garden in the 90's and I didn't like it. I went back recently and the food was much better but very... skimpy on the sauce. There is an electronic game on the table. It also has a beer & wine list, deserts and games. Nowhere doesit tell you it's $3.99 a game. I checked out a few games and when the check came, it blew my mind. I knew what I was going toorder and I was prepared to leave a 20% tip, like I always do unless service was awful. I did complain that there are no signsanywhere that says games are $3.99. The waitress says "that's just the way it is" so I thanked her for the games because theycame out of her tip. I told her, "that's just the way it is". I did feel bad but there should be signs telling customers thegames are NOT FREE. Read more
My dad got the steak and i had a bite, it was so damn salty. The waitress never came over to clear our plates until we finally... had to flag her down and ask, even then she only took one plate at A table with 3 people. When it came time to pay my parentsdidn't feel comfortable paying on the tablet so she just took their card without bringing the bill first. Read more
Luisa was our attentive and helpful server at Olive Garden in Stockton, California. Thr minestrone and fagioli soups were both... delicious as were the herb garden salmon and spaghetti with meatballs. Food was good. Pretty big portions. But the service seemed impatient. Like they were trying to get your answer and nothing else.... I don’t know why customers would get treated like that, not everyone is a regular. They might need that extra minute to figureout what they want to order. This was my first time there and one lady blatantly ignored us walking in even though she washeading our direction (she was coming out of the hostess area, we assumed she was going to seat us). It was around 12 to 1.Maybe it was a bad time, but it’s not like we’re getting free food. We are paying and leaving a tip. Read more
I am very disappointed to have to leave this review. My daughter and I love to go to Olive Garden and most of the time we have a... nice experience. I am pretty sure we were pre judged when we arrived as being a couple of "Karens", but we never had the chanceto prove otherwise, even when we tried to engage our server the few times we saw him. We were seated at the smallest table inthe place, which would have been fine if the rest of the visit had been good. A table of 5 was seated right next to us after wehad been there for about 10 mins. That table had beverages before we were ever greeted. My daughter ordered a drink, whichwasn't full, and was very weak. The entrée was served after just a couple of sips of soup. I had ordered the soup, salad andbread sticks, but wasn't able to eat the salad due to some dental work. The server said he would box it up for me to take home. We also ordered a pint of soup to go. At the end of the meal, we waited for quite a while for the to go order. When it finallycame, there was no salad, and no little bag for the remaining bread sticks. We tried to pay the check with the ziosk at thetable, but it didn't work. So we tried to call the server, but no one came. We took the check to the front counter but couldn'tpay there. They called a server that they thought was ours, but he came up, said "that's not my table" and walked away. Anotherserver came over, and asked to look at the check. He saw who the correct server was and called him over. We were finally able topay the check and leave. There were other issues, but the review is getting too long. Read more
I love coming here. The service is always great and the food is delicious!
Why not get a quick seat by choosing to sit at the bar? Walked past 10 people because my friend and I just wanted drinks and... food. Menu was available and the drinks were good. I even ordered a cappuccino. The service was great and I enjoyed theatmosphere even if it was kind of busy. The bartenders were very sweet. Read more
The waitress there was very accommodating, originally they wanted to seat us on the wooden tables/chairs, after I explained that... I couldn't sit there and wanted a booth without any hesitation she found a booth for us.I had soup and salad and it waswonderful the salad is always fresh and just out of this world. I had the soup which was a minestrone and then the chickensoup. The service was very nice. The waitress was great. Read more
